Delivery was when it was supposed to be. And it said fragile on the box and it was delivered gently.
I was disappointed in the fabric used in the unbrella. I'm familiar with it - but not on umbrellas. I'll see how it holds up. I was expecting canva.

I called to place my order to make sure…
I called to place my order to make sure it was correct. The website said the chairs came in a quantity of two. I told the representative that I wanted a total of six chairs. She mistakenly doubled that and I was sent twelve chairs which was a complete inconvenience bc I spent over 25 min on the phone trying to return 3 unopened boxes of six chairs and was told I had to to pay for return shipping which makes no sense bc it wasn’t my error. It should have never happened.

Less than 15 hours of placing this…
Less than 15 hours of placing this order I wanted to cancel. I put in the request and was told it was already in process and I would have to receive the 2 chairs, and return them at my cost. While this is illegal in CA I don't have the time to work through that mess. I won't shop here again.

Terrible customer service
I was initially told (in writing) that my chairs would be exchanged for the correct color and height, only to later be told that wasn’t possible - they were in fact sending me the exact same chairs again and I’d need to return the first set. What is the logic in that? And why was I initially provided a solution that worked only to find out that that was in fact never true? Very frustrating and misleading customer service.
They have responded the following but there is no request for additional details in my inbox:

I ordered a Le Cruset canister and it arrived broken in half. The packaging was stupid. A box 6 in x 6 in placed inside a box 24 in x 10 in with NO supportive bubble wrap or peanuts. What an absurd packing. Whover did this needs FIRED!
