I’m having a very difficult time…
I’m having a very difficult time ordering from you. I’m still waiting for the fabric samples ordered 8/20. The queen headband/bedframe has shipped incomplete. I’ve only received the frame to date. Your Labor Day sale will be over soon so I closed my eyes and pulled the trigger on the Ca. King headboard (that I’m waiting for the samples on). I may see the samples today???
Since the Ca. King is now on back order despite being told by your CS, that the headboard was on hold for me, at the sale price… it appears that is not the case. I am hoping IF I receive the fabric samples today and like one of the choices better than what I ordered, I can change the fabric on my back order. It would be great if someone at J&M would reach out to help. Probably won’t order from you guys again. 😕

Inaccurate color
The bed I purchased was listed as white. The bed is cream, not white. Fedex didn't get all of the boxes here on the same day, but that's not Joss and Mains fault, just annoying.

i was offered a $31 discount to keep an item and was only refunded $21. i tried calling to show that email and my credit card statement but the associate didn’t care. I would have never agreed to keep item if this was going to happen.

They sent me review emails for my order before it had even been shipped & now I am being overrun with email offers. This is why I didn't give them 5 stars. The quality of the products is superior; the delivery was quick and with fedex (NOT UPSPS); and the price is right. So glad I found them.
