The product is beautiful as all of them…
The product is beautiful as all of them have been that I have ordered.
I do have a complaint about the delivery again. As you can see from the photo taken, my product was left in the middle of the sidewalk instead at the front door underneath protection. It was also laid on its side instead of facing up as the box instructed.
My last order which was a beautiful dresser, was left in the middle of the driveway and in front of the garage door blocking it. I had requested the same instructions that it be delivered to my front door and the bell be rung upon arrival. I don’t know where the disconnect is, but it was very upsetting to see how they delivered such beautiful furniture and accessories. Maybe you can give me some help with this because I do have another order to place but I would like some sort of resolve on the delivery process.

Wreath's didn't represent the…
Wreaths didn't stand up to the photographs in the email. The wreaths were thinner, less dried material, and very flimsy and brittle. The dried goods broke off as it was packed in an open box, even though anchored down. It couldn't undergo shipping, too frail. But I kept it and intend to use dried goods from a supplier to fill in.

Great quality chairs and satisfying delivery.

Great driver, poor inventory process
Our delivery driver, Terry, gets 5 stars but JM does not. That’s because the dining table ordered shipped in 2 pieces with 2 different delivery dates 4 days apart. So now I’m waiting for the table base. The white glove team has to come back. Inconvenient and a waste of resources. Should be one and done.
