I was charged for 2 rugs
I was charged for 2 rugs! Just found this on my credit card statement & called immediately. Already shipped, so will now have to send back one rug after delivered. What a nuisance! I called less than 24 Hrs. after placing order! Very disappointed in Joss & Main service!

The company never notified me the item…
The company never notified me the item was back in stock. When I decided to cancel the order because of the original 4-6 week delay, I was informed it was being shipped. Unacceptable. Im still getting conflicting delivery information.

I was shopping for bathroom vanity lights. I checked out and received an email that a table was being shipped instead. I emailed the company because now they are charging me $42 return shipping because I changed my mind. Triple check everything with this company.
