The base and top have discolorations. It’s not black and white as advertised. Would like it exchanged for one that is white and black as in photo without discolorations or mars. Please advise. Thank you.

Delivery was great and the mirror looks great although with a trained eye I can see the crevices of the mirror and the glue. But I need it for a party so it’s better than sending it back. Overall the mirror looks good for the price.. I am enjoying it in the space and am now on the hunt for a console table to match it. The size fills the large wall space and lends an air of being expensive..

I ordered two items on 4th July, for 2-day delivery on 7th.

On 11th July, one of the items eventually showed up, the other was still showing at 'Preparing for Shipment"

After multiple chats with customer service reps, they told me they would 'open a ticket to investigate and get back to me by 21st July. (the missing item is still being offered for delivery by 16th!)

Now my order status simply says "Delayed" with no further details.

This is just a dreadful customer service experience.

Desk arrived with broken leg. Referred to manufacturer to resolve. Probs Ly occurred in transit. Box torn on arrival. Would help for J&M to advocate for me.

Delivery on time and love the nightstands

I was hesitant to purchase this throw because it wasn’t made of natural materials but since I was just using it as decoration - I thought that would be ok. It is surprising soft for something made partially out of plastic. I wouldn’t want it for warmth but it has a nice airy light look. Looks nothing like plastic!

Fast delivery, frequent updates. Will definitely use you again when I need something.

Prior to delivery, I needed to change the delivery date. the person on the phone explained that it could be done only after it has reached the destination warehouse. That was helpful.
The delivery team was EXCELENT! These two young men were respectful (asked if I would like them to take off shoes), and well qualified in assembling the product. They were top notch. You are lucky to have them on your team.

Love the quilt! The only negative is the outer box, on the bottom, had a lot of grease/oil on it. It wasn’t water! Glad the quilt was in plastic case.

They message that delivery is scheduled, then cancelled. This process repeats itself again and again. I have called 4 times on different days. Each time they provide no useful information. One person said it was being delivered to a warehouse in my state, the next day I called and the person said it had left the warehouse 5 states away but can't tell where they are now. It has been more than a week since anticipated delivery. Very poor tracking of delivery and updates. Not too sure what the quality of the vanity set will be like but this is very ridiculous

Didn’t realize J&M was just wayfair. Also, as was misrepresentative of the real product. Implied real flowers and sent unrealistic fake ones.
