Not pleased with product
The product came twice without properly being packed. It seemed haphazard and unprofessional. The costumer service line was nice though.

I still haven't received my order
I still haven't received my order. I was told that I would receive it on July 4th, the Fedex truck came to my house but the package was not on the truck. Then it was supposed to arrive on July 6th and the truck didn't show up. Then Fedex said it would arrive today, July 7th, and still no delivery!

Beautiful Floor Lamps
The order was easy & seamless. I always read the reviews which directs me to the lamps I choose. Delivery was also a breeze, communication was key. The lamps I choose did not disappoint! The quality was fantastic for the price, very happy with the purchase!
