I had been looking for apink sapphire ring to replace the one I lost and found a beautiful pink sapphire ring in a heart shape with beautiful diamonds around it. Absolutely gorgeous and even more beautiful than the one I had lost.

I placed an order for a necklace and I…
I placed an order for a necklace and I thought it was complete but then I got a notice that I left some information out (my phone #). So I started over with my order, entering my credit card information,etc. Kallati confirmed my order. I didn't realize that I had placed two orders for the same necklace until I received two necklaces (only 1 order was confirmed) So I contacted Kallati and told them I needed to return one. So they sent me a return label which I did right away and was credited for the extra necklace. Thanks so much for the speed of the turn around in the mix up.
