You have been refunded for the original item and your click and collect item is with the returns team for a refund.

Terrible, I ordered a Versace jumper for my daughter 6 days ago and haven’t received no shipping update or got my item. They never answer their phone and I’ve emailed, they asked for my order number and then didn’t get back to me.

Clothes supplied were great, unfortunately not all the clothes ordered were in stock so disappointed in the fact that some of the order did not arrive and due to the time lag, it meant that other items were then sold out when looking for alternatives.

Unorganised designer shop
I ordered a large order on 26th December of which items that were not sent were refunded but no details provided to which items had been refunded.
I have kept part of my order and returned 50% of my order and the refund is incorrect by considerably large amount and again no details of what has been refunded.
