very bad customer service
very bad customer service, no update for order, no report of out-of-stock items or consulting with customers if they still want to proceed with the order, not responding to emails or messages or whatever form of contact. I do not recommend at all.

Lovely outfits but…
Lovely outfits, quality and sale prices but disappointing that order was accepted and money taken but later informed out of stock and I had already ordered another item matching so that was very disappointing as now had an item without rest of outfit. Would be helpful if orders not processed if out of stock.

Website and communication lacks clarity
Wouldn't recommend buying through the site. Waited for update on when I could collect items only received order confirmation emails. When queried weeks later was advised yes the order confirmation is KCs way of telling you the order is available to pick up even though it does not state this at all just that they have received the order.

Cancelled order.
Cancelled 1 of 2 items a week after my order, saying that it was out of stock. Then posting the remaining item on the same day as being informed. With no option of if I wanted to proceed. 7 days to be informed an item is out of stock? Poor service.

Avoid shopping from this joke of a place
Ordered from this company for the first time and let me tell you it surely is the last time too! I had to return my item due to a sizing issue almost 3 weeks ago and have not received an email to let me know a refund is on the way or even to confirm they have received the returned package. I can see from tracking details through Royal Mail they had received this on the 28th of December but still nothing from themselves. I have not only emailed but also submitted a contact form online and still no response in over a week. Absolutely shocking. Worst experience I have ever had with an online retailer. To have time to update their website and post on social media frequently but seem to lack in response times to customers is an absolute joke. Still awaiting a reply and refund.

Part of my order was missing been…
Part of my order was missing been emailing for days then told to send back the part that arrived to get a refund! Obviously the order wasn’t checked before sending so now I have to pack it, write a note, take it to the post office, send it away and wait for a refund when it was their fault.

Everything I ordered was then out of stock
Everything I ordered was then out of stock and I was notified and refunded around 2 weeks after I had ordered and paid for my order. it was then still showing in stock online so I re-ordered a few things again for same thing to happen again. Not a great service/communication for online orders.

Shocking company with slow customer service
It took nearly a week for my item to be dispatched and when it came it was the wrong size. Very disappointed as it was a Christmas gift and the recipient was unable to receive it. After paying £4 for delivery I expect more prompt and better service. Had to return the item and I’m still waiting on my refund to be processed. Avoid shopping here!
