Received my son’s cp company jogging bottoms for his Christmas present and the security tag was still attached so had to make a 30 mile round trip to the store to have it removed before he could wear them.

I ordered a shirt and skirt as a set the skirt never came and it was for a Christmas outfit so I had to use the dress that was sent unfortunately

I purchased a item that showed as in stock then a day later I get a email saying it has been canceled and I would be refund in 5 days or 7-10 in busy periods

Communication was awful couldn't get in touch with people from the online team as staff on shop floor said they couldn't help with my orders so had to cancel them when some body finaly called me back 2 weeks later had to purchase somewhere else

I am really disappointed to be honest! I ordered to pairs of shoes on the 15th December and i still haven’t received them for Christmas Day.

My order was due to arrive the 15th December and still hasn't arrived and they were for my little boy to wear christmas day. Absolute joke never will order off you again.

Been going to Kids Cavern Liverpool for years for my 3 son's and also the odd order online delivery and service always great . Very Happy to recommend Kids Cavern.

I placed an order of 2 items. I received no update on it until I emailed them. They sent me a tracking number and only when I received my order I realized that only one item has been sent. They sent me a refund notification without any numbers. I had no idea what I've been charged or refunded. I emailed them asking to return the item as I have not been informed beforehand about the out of stock mistake, and asked for a full refund of delivery postage, and a detailed invoice of the refund. They ignored my request and guess what: they sent me the tracking number again.

Great experience, product is fabulous.

My shopping experience was okay, my only issue Is the packaging! I received my babies dress in a flimsy brown paper bag! I’ve never ever ordered designer from a company and had it delivered the way it was. It was my first time ordering from here and based upon the first time experience I will never order here again! I’ll stick to childsplay clothing! I only ordered from here as the item was in stock. Never again. AVOID

Absolutely the worst customer service! Ordered boots 12 days ago, have had no tracking/ despatch info. Have emailed several times but had no response and can’t get through on the telephone. Would never shop here again!

Any way I could file a complaint because I’m sorry your customer service is absolutely appalling I placed an order with use 2 weeks this coming Monday got my order confirmation payment was took etc I noticed 7 days later it had still not been dispatched so I tried to get in contact with use via email NO REPLY phoned over 50 times !!!!! Finally got through to someone to then be told ‘oh your order won’t be dispatched as there was problems with the payment going through’ there for order was basically cancelled which was fine I just wanted my money back to order off somewhere else I was told by the girl I had to contact Clearpay as it was there fault I contacted Clearpay and was asked by them for proof of what use where saying so I contacted use again to ask for a email just to to explain what had happened I was told I’d be emailed 2 days ago now still nothing ! All I needed was just a simple email to explain in your own words what had happened with my order but no nothing can’t get through on the phones emails Instagram dms Facebook mails none are being answered absolutely ridiculous I am not a bit happy leaving someone out of pocket with no goods received this close to Christmas is horrible and to not even try to help solve the situation is even worse shame on use all how hard is a simple email it takes 5 minutes out of your time I had to chase use to find out about my order I placed almost 2 weeks ago and now have to chase you for a silly we email sorry but that’s a joke awful customer service awful !!!!! Please no one order from here as I am still having to pay my Clearpay instalments for goods I’m not even receiving due to this appalling customer service can’t even send you an email to tell you what’s going on or nothing !!!!! Horrible experience never again

I didn’t like how I made a order to only receive one of items as other wasn’t available but at the time of shopping on line it was I should of been offered the opportunity of cancel all my order as I had to order t shirts from a other company and pay more delivery change I pay for next day delivery but took over a week to receive my items

I had ordered the wrong size so I made contact, this lovely lady Olivia really helped me and sorted everything out for me, kept me in the loop with what was going on, Super fast delivery too.

Great deal, up to date delivery progress. Will definitely shop here again
