The most appaling customer experience of my life
So i ordered an item for my wifes birthday. it arrived very late. when i called kids cavern. i was transfered to the website manager. who was absolutely so rude aggressive and wouldnt even let me talk. her answer was not my problem we sent it to the delivery company and that that. I actually felt so upset that somebody could speak to me in such an atrocious and demeaning manner. How do they fet away with this i have no idea.

Dear customer,
we have shipped your parcel via DPD courier on the 30th of November and email you your tracking number. We have since then opened the investigation with DPD in line with the policies and procedures on the 12th of December. We are still waiting for an update from DPD and will be in touch shortly. We understand it is very frustrating however we are doing our utmost best.

Several times this month I’ve ordered from them the web site mustn’t be live so I then get an email sometimes up to a week later to state they are out of stock and refunding but send other items that could be part of an outfit. Very inconvenient.

The website is an absolute joke. I ordered my girls traines for a party emailed them to confirm only to be informed 5 days later the item is out of stock. They have done this twice now. Now am searching for traines everywhere
