A bra that doesn't fit as expected can be really disappointing, especially when sizing doesn't seem to match what you anticipated.
I can understand why this would be frustrating, and we're sorry to hear the returns process felt difficult to navigate as well.

Not delivered.
Ordered some things. Quite excited as been recommended. No parcel received (they use EVRI so……). Emailed customer support who replied saying I can have a refund or replaced but they strongly recommend forwarding my parcel to a pick up box which is like admitting they do not trust their couriers. Anyway. I asked for a replacement only to be told SOME of the items were out of stock so they issued a refund which I am now waiting for. Not brilliant. Will update if I see my refund appear. Would have been nice to have at least been offered alternatives, told they would send what they had or be told before hand they were out of stock.

I absolutely loved the bra
I absolutely loved the bra, the material was lovely, the fit and style was lovely but the strap was sewn on backwards. Bit disappointing that they do not have quality checks to pick up on this. Ive reordered another and I am hoping this is not the same.

It's great to hear you loved the material, style, and fit, but I can understand why discovering a strap had been sewn on incorrectly would be frustrating.

Good value and nice colours
Order process super simple, and delivery prompt. Liked the range of colours and sizes available. Product was good quality, and very good value, and have found them very comfortable to wear everyday. Have bought a couple of loungewear pieces now and always been very happy! Will definitely shop here again.

Very easy to order and great quality
Very easy to order, and had to return and get a different size, returns portal/website very quick and dropped parcel off at a EVRI locker. Will order again, items are good quality and wife loves them.
