Significant product feature not as described / poor customer service
Received a product significantly not as described. Spent an hour online with a chat bot when the live chat opened at 9am on a Saturday morning and got nowhere - hugely frustrating as I kept being asked the same questions. I suspect there was no one working. Tried again a few hours later and got connected to an agenct who couldn't help me at all. They admitted that the product was advertised completely differently to what I'd received but 'needed to check with the relevant departments' before they could tell me anything or advise further. So I'm left with a useless product ordered in good time for a holiday next week and I haven't been offered a new / as ordered product to be sent to me as a priority so I receive it in time. Equally, I haven't been told to return it for a refund. I'm equally clueless about what has happened / will happen so that was a totally pointless waste of time this saturday morning spending time contacting customer services about a product I'd ordered and paid for, which has arrived signifiantly not as described. First experience of this company and it'll be my last.

No refund received
Ordered item, received fine. One item too small so returned and ordered a bigger size.
Item returned but no refunded received.
Contacted customer support asked to provide details of the item and the date returned, sent information plus evidence of return. No.response and no refunded received. A new regulations needs to be brought into place to protect consumers.

So Glad I Took a Chance!
I was a little sceptical about ordering after seeing several negative reviews, but after Chelsea Peers’ courier lost my parcel and they were out of stock, I decided to give this company a try as they had one item left.
I’m so glad I did — I genuinely can’t fault them. I ordered before 7pm for next-day delivery, and it arrived today exactly as expected. The item is perfect.

I'm a bit annoyed the courier has let the side down, though - that’s not the experience we expect from them - and I will be feeding this back to them.
You may already be aware, but there's often a bit of backlog / delay in every courier's network this time of year as package volumes go through the roof when Black Friday sales start.
Paying for express delivery moves your package up their priority list, but it's more costly for you (and us) so very much a personal choice we let people make based on their needs.

Shocking customer service no refund as yet
I would not give any stars for this company. . My 17 year old daughter returned something bought online, one month on still no refund. Every email we send we get fobbed off or the email gets retuned. I am still trying but do not buy from this company they try to give the impression they care in the emails but are evading any refund .
