Recommended Wines to our likes and dislikes.
I have been a Sunday Times and Laithwaites customer for a long number of years. I cannot remember any time that I have been disappointed with product and delivery. Since Phillip Heimann has been my wine guide I have much appreciated his knowledge of the wines he recommends for us, from his understanding of our particular likes and dislikes.

Very helpful on the phone, and answer almost immediately which is unusual these days.
The delivery by one of the major companies was not easy, as they missed us twice.
The delivery driver needs to have a name and mobile number of the nominated receiver so he / she can get an instant response. We were in the back garden and couldn't hear the house bell !
Not hard to do.

I have had some real problems with…
I have had some real problems with Laithwaites delivery service in NW but the last delivery was much better with a pleasant driver who didn’t just drop it and run. However they still owe me the delivery charge they said they’d repay. Good Portuguese wines I’ve had before and will again.
