I have had some real problems with Laithwaites delivery service in NW but the last delivery was much better with a pleasant driver who didn’t just drop it and run. However they still owe me the delivery charge they said they’d repay. Good Portuguese wines I’ve had before and will again.

have always had great service from Laithwaites in general and my wine adviser Tom Pentony in particular, Always knows what wines I prefer and lets me know when there are bargains to be had. only down side is he,s such a great salesman I have difficulty finding room to store my wine. Will have to drink it faster!!!!!

Really impressed following my first order with Laithwaites. There was an issue with delivery but they were easy to get hold of and the customer service team really helpful. Issue sorted very quickly. Will definitely reorder.

The delivery service used is pretty poor.
They never follow instructions, despite the fact that, when placing the order I was very specific about where to leave the wine.
As usual they ignored this and left it in full view of anyone coming to the house!!
