I recently bought a Honda Jazz from a lovely sales lady, Olivia at Lancaster Honda.
She listened to my needs and what I was looking for in a car, and recommended a couple that were very much what I was looking for.
Olivia thoroughly went through the details of each car, and what I required from a car. The Honda Jazz was the car for me!
Every part of the sales aspect with Olivia was very professional and also quite fun. Buying a new car is meant to be fun, after all, and I really liked the professionalism and fun side to Olivia.
I will definitely be back in touch with Olivia and the Team at Lancaster Honda when I’m ready to trade my new car in, in a few years time and highly recommend her and everyone else for a fantastic buying experience!

Olivia was a delight from start to finish. Organised for the car we wanted to be delivered from Blackpool and dealt swiftly with a slight issue we had with a flat tyre - can't thank her enough. Customer service is nonexistent. Even when the sell you a dangerous car that the brakes fail twice even though they say they have fixed it. Don’t answer calls don’t reply to emails don’t keep you informed.
Stay well clear if you value customer service

received an online part x valuation for my car for £8365 against their jazz £10495 made enquiries , gave them all the info they requested on mine plus a video on mine , .car in excellent condition and very low mileage they then offered £6500 , what a waste of time, misleading online valuations, keep well clear, time wasters

Believe the negative reviews because they are true. Go to Toyota next door where customers are treated with respect, customer service is good and you will get a better deal. Going to Honda of Lancaster is the worst decision - best revenge is that I recommended Toyota to 4 individuals thus far. DO NOT GO TO HONDA OF LANCASTER - YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Disappointed with this company. We recently traded my daughters car to Lancaster Volkswagen. We agreed a trad in price and completed a deal with the garage. They never inspected the car we where trading in but we gave the car sales representative an description of the general condition of the car. On the day we were collecting her new car and after signing the contract, we where about to drive away in my daughters new car. The sales representative stopped us and told us the car we traded in was not A1 and wanted additional money. I have never been in a more awkward situation. The sale person was not very professional and almost suggested we where trying to sneak away. Not a pleasant purchase and don’t recommend this garage. Please avoid.

Ordered some touch-up paint from them for a CRZ, sent them the colour code and they still couldn't get it right. Useless company.

Great Company no pressure to buy (hate that)
i feel they gave impartial advice rather than what would make them the most money

joke of a company, don't have anything to do with them ,traded a bike in and they paid off my car finance instead of the bike, only realized when they tried to sell the bike I traded so now they are threatening me with court action because of there mistake , it's up to them to put it right not me

Our visit was followed up by a helpful email, then a courteous follow-up telephone call in case we had further questions. We couldn't have been offered more support in choosing a vehicle to best meet our requirements. There was never any sales pressure, which is often the case in other places.
