very displease bought a 2012 civic and paid it off early and got a notice from Honda financial about a gap refund but the gap insurance after taking their fee said no refund avail. Then when calling for my last oil change on my service agreement , was told it ran out the day i bought the car??? and when i question the dealer ship on this i got an even bigger run around!!!!. So when i buy my next new car it surely will not be from Lancaster Honda !!!! P.S. and my wife wanted a new Pilot

I have been unfortunate enough recently to need the services of a main Honda dealer rather than a local garage as my bike needed expert hands, but those hands do come at a cost. I don't want to waffle on too much, but the hourly rate as you imagine is high and that can be quite scary considering how long they have the bike but I can honestly say that when you do get the invoice, even at £50 per hour, the mechanics are so efficient at their work that your bill constantly comes in under what you are expecting.

So all in all, don't be put off by a high hourly rate. It's far better to pay a main dealer for three hours labour at £50 than someone who isn't that clued up on your model who only charges £30 but takes three times as long!

Got to single out Darren here for his first class customer service. He knows his stuff, always friendly and enjoys his work proving that customer service still does exist in 2017.

Went to look for new car at Lancaster Honda wanted a Civic SE plus in Polished Metal tried to sell me a white one first then said we can get me one with 3,000 miles on but it is out at the moment I asked if polished metal with black/silver alloys was told yes on Monday paid deposit then on Thursday had voicemail to say car would be in Friday could only go Saturday due to work so went Saturday car not in told to come back Monday went down today and to my surprise not the colour I asked for they then said they could get me one but it would cost me another grand I don't think so, feel absolutely let down I could have got the car I wanted from another Honda place earlier in the week for £500 less and with no miles but thought I would keep it local since they said they could get one. Well don't trust anything they say they just want your money. Very unhappy.

Bought a car from these guys on eBAY, but only because they were a main dealer. Can only say they were a pleasure to deal with, the buying experience was good and the car was everything I was expecting.
