Rare problem with delivery
Unfortunately my order was not delivered on the designated day, through no fault of LoHP. I contacted the company as I had not received confirmation of DPD's delivery slot & was advised that the carrier had failed to collect on the previous day & there was uncertainty about the resolution. I asked to be kept updated but this didn't happen; order was delivered the following day. Good product, but early days with my dog's transition from old food.

Excellent service and great products
This is the second time I have ordered from this excellent company recently and each time the service has been brilliant, really superb. Next day delivery, the range of products on the website is really good and the dogs love the food and treats. I also love that the Robbies is in a paper bag and not plastic.

Delivery issues
Products are always exceptional but constantly have issues with delivery. DPD have this time said it’s delivered but no sign of it. Taking it up with DPD directly but have previously had issues with delayed orders and incorrect products arriving. When you have a poorly old doggie with a specific requirement it is a constant worry we won’t be able to feed her.
