Trustpoilt have an automatic set up when orders are fulfilled we are unable to stop these going out and reviews are not monitored daily. I have checked and your order is ready awaiting collection from DPD , you should have had an email with tracking from DPD
Your order is for Frozen raw dog food we only ship frozen outside of the local area on a Monday-Wednesday due to the issues with courier company and to insure these are delivered in a timely manner due to being perishable foods

I am always beyond impressed with this company. Next day delivery with accurate tracking - superb quality food at a very reasonable price. I moved all my dogs onto this back in January 2021 and they are all thriving!
Fantastic food, fantastic service, cannot recommend enough.
