After the debacle with my usual supplier I turned to Livefood UK. It's early days but from what I have seen so far I am delighted with their service and the quality of the product.

We are a family run business trading since 1989 first under the Name Chiltern Reptiles and then became an incorporated company in 2003 when we changed our name to Livefood UK Ltd. Because we are a small close knit company with just 10 employees we are able to really concentrate on customer care which has been the driving force behind our continued growth despite the harsh economic climate. Mail order livefood supplies for reptiles birds monkeys spiders lizards snakes frogs toads newts. Also full range of reptile accessories and vivarium supplies.

Head to tail satisfaction,scale tipping value for money. Would recommend to any one :D
Live stock always healthy and value for money. Hardly any of them die. I always keep mine in a cricket keeper box and locust in a similar plastic tank,half on a mat,that way they last for ages. I give tropical fish food flakes to my field crickets,so that when the lizards eat them,it really brings out their colours ! Plus it's a nice treat for the crickets. Happy live stock,is a healthy live stock ;)

Prompt Service But Damaged Goods
Ordered the product and received it within 2 days which was better than my expectation. However although it was wrapped in copious amounts of bubble-wrap the packaging had slightly split inside, leaking some of the contents out. On closer inspection several of the 'blisters' in the pack were split. Good service but am slightly reserved about buying from them again due to this.
