Our experience was amazing!
We were provided their details via a comparison website, along with other few companies.
When we received their quote, to our surprise, it included an interactive property booklet where we discovered so much about our potential property!
We then decided the reach out and ask questions: they were super available form the beginning.

They also have an online platform through which you do everything, from signing the T&Cs to receiving the final report and it is very handy and easy to use.

Our post-visit call with the surveyor was also great! He was knowledgeable and gave us a little bit more insights and answered all the questions I had.
The report was great, easy to understand and with great information and details in each category.

Another amazing thing was that the report only took 4 working days to be issued to us.

The process was very smooth from beginning to end. I was kept in the loop at every step and everything was explained in a professional yet accessible way.

It feels very rare to speak to a true expert but that's what we got. From the beginning, the process was smooth and timely. The survey got booked in quickly, and the report was produced within a couple of days. When we had our session to talk through the report with the surveyor, Samuel, was a real expert - every question he knew the answer to, explained it in a way that was easy to absorb, and understand what action needed taking. He also provided follow up answers to the questions we had. Would highly recommend.

I found London & Kent to be prompt, professional and responsive. Their service was great and the report was exactly what I would expect from a Level 2 Homebuyer's Survey. The report has been used by the seller of the property to enact some repairs, too, helping the building management company to take action promptly before the sale completes.

Alex Galvin did a great job with our RICS Level 2 survey on a house built in the 1930s. He took the time to check all the areas we were concerned about around the property. The phone call afterwards was really helpful too. He talked us through the findings, answered all our questions, and explained everything clearly. We recently used London & Kent Surveyors to carry out a home buyers survey and were very impressed with the service we received. The online booking and payment process was very easy to use, the report itself was very thorough and we really liked the amount of photos taken, particularly the drone photos. The report was very easy to read and the after survey follow up call was very helpful too.

My survey was very easy to book and it was great value. The report came back very detailed with lots of photos.
