Had to change a name on my policy, usually dread these calls but was literally on phone for 5 minutes! Amelia Drummond was polite addressed and resolved this quickly and efficiently.

Super quick and easy
Rang to ask for an amendment on my new policy.
Was put straight through and spoke to Katie, who sorted everything.
She expained a couple of things that weren't clear to me and sorted new policy document.
Extremely knowledgeable and polite.
If only all call centres were this good.

quick resolution to query
I noticed that my wifes name had not been added for business insurance on the policy. Amelia Drummond took my initial phone call and then the problem was resolved within 30 minutes via email and a new insurance certificate issued. Very happy with the service so thankyou.

They saved the day!
I had a huge hick up trying to add my partner my insurance a day before driving to France (no fault of Lloyd) they were extremely helpful, contacting other agencies on my behalf. I dealt with Amy who was lovely and Lauren who saved the day! They really did go above and beyond to sort it for me. Huge relief and now I can sit back whilst he does all the driving and enjoy holiday! Haha! Thanks guys, really appreciate all your efforts to sort this for me

My apologies for not capturing the agent's name, but I had my first experience as a consumer today, and I left it pleasantly surprised with the great level of service. My reason for calling was only regarding one or two somewhat trivial matters, but nevertheless this was handled perfectly. Great customer service and communication
Lauren was extremely helpful with a name change before my lease vehicle arrived. Documents came promptly. Communication was excellent and really pleased to be insured by Latchford. Thanks Lauren - I had great fun driving the car before work this morning with a 6.30am delivery. Roll on a weekend of driving.

Super fast and efficient
I needed to get an Insurance Certificate updated to include my wife. I called Danielle and she was very polite, very helpful and she promised to come back to me. Within 15 minutes I had the new Certificate in my inbox. Danielle delivered on her promise and it really made my day.
