Ordered a bunch of flowers and still waiting for or them 4 days later. Have emailed the company and they are completely uninterested. They decided to school me in estimated times and bank holidays. I ordered these on a Thursday. It's a complete waste of my time and money and I would warn anyone off of using this company.

Absolutely terrible purchase. The flowers were nothing like the image I selected to buy. I have emailed them and shown them the delivery and they apologised and offered to replace them but have ignored me thereafter. Completely wasted purchase. Use other florists if you want a decent bunch of flowers.

My wife ordered flowers for my friend’s 60th birthday. Her birthday was on the 23rd, and I placed the order at around 9am on the 22nd.

The ordering process itself was very straightforward and stress-free. A calendar appeared asking me to select the delivery date, so I selected the 23rd and paid for the flowers. Naturally, I expected the flowers to arrive on the date I had specifically chosen.

The 23rd came and went, and I received no notification to say the flowers had been delivered. It was not until the 25th — two days after her birthday — that I received notification that they had been delivered. I contacted Lovely Flowers because I was extremely disappointed that the flowers had arrived two days late, particularly as they were for a special birthday. Unfortunately, the response I received was very blunt, with little in the way of an apology or empathy. I was simply told that the delivery date was a "guide".

I explained that I could not see anything on the website during the ordering process to make it clear that the date I selected was only a guide. The response I then received was simply that this information was contained in the terms and conditions.

I have ordered flowers online many times before, and in my experience, when you select a specific delivery date, that is the date you expect the flowers to be delivered — especially when ordering them for a birthday or other special occasion.

I was both disappointed with the late delivery but also with the lack of customer service when I raised the issue. A genuine apology and a little understanding would have made a big difference.

Unfortunately, because of both the late delivery and, more importantly, the way my complaint was handled, I would definitely not use this company again or recommend them to others.

I completed the form with delivery and and message. I received an email to say they are being delivered to me! Obviously used the billing address instead of delivery address. On the plus side they arrived at the wrong address within 24 hours but not a lot of use as I'm going on holiday today!

Ordered flowers for a funeral to be delivered on 24th August as the funeral was 10am on the 25th. I received a message after 4pm on 24th after waiting in to say they would be delivered between 10.55am & 1.55pm on the 25th. I was left without flowers or time to arrange anything for the next morning. I had also requested a card to be added which made it clear they were for a funeral. Definitely would not rely on this florist again.

The delivery date is meaningless! Don’t get caught like I did. The flowers were delivered 2 days late and the recipient was no longer there: they were delivered to an empty house and went to waste.
You need to read the very small print in terms and conditions: they say the delivery date is only a guide.

Ordered flowers for delivery on 22nd Aug. Today is 24th and still no flowers although they apparently tried to deliver them earlier but then instead of leaving them with a neighbor took them away again. They're now telling me the selected delivery date is only "a guide" and should not be relied upon. Seriously. Use a proper flower delivery service and avoid these comedians.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a special occasion and the flowers never arrived.
No communication from company. So far I am out of money for the cost and no flowers.
Would not recommend.

Ordered flowers 2 weeks before the specified date so plenty of time. I ordered the flowers for a special 60th birthday only to be delivered the day after. Please use another florists as this company will let you down.
