Really angry with this company

What you order and what you receive nothing like it 😞 Have the photos here as proof..but can't post? Wouldn't order from them again!!!

Late delivery a day after the expected chosen date

Bouquet smaller than expected i bought a large but received a small one

So happy with my order. My friend loved her flowers and said it was one of the largest bouquets she has ever received. I didn't even order large! I saw a photo and they looked stunning. Thank you. Will be ordering again

I went on the website on Friday looking for a next day delivery and as the calender on the website showed i could get a delivery Saturday i paid the premium rate dor this and informed the recipient.
I received confirmation email for Saturday
The just acceptable bouquetarrived Monday morning.
I contacted them and they informed me if the order was after 5 then it couldnt be done.
So their website isnt fit for purpose
They took a premium rate and i havent been offered any refund
If i had known that i would have looked elsewhere for someone who could have met my needs even if it xost a little more
Very disappointed and sont recommend them

Initially we made a mistake with the delivery address so our fault. So we emailed to confirm fault and get flowers redelivered. Just got a spurious how did we do return mail. Tried umpteen times to call, got "leave a message" ( which we have and no reply). Shocking customer service. Poor communication. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve received the email requesting a review… the shock is apparent! The flowers have not even been delivered yet, despite requesting a 10.09.206 delivery it’s after 1800 on 11.09.2026 - I don’t need to elaborate on the issue. Load of nonsense. Even if the flowers are amazing delivering on the desired date is fundamental, especially as we ordered these due to a bereavement 😩

If could give one star I would. Ordered flowers for mums 70th card came blurred flowers dying falling apart. Ballon ripped. Don’t look a thing like picture big nice bunch flowers with pink in. Not one pink flower in site get better from local garage. Tried ringing them don’t answer phone. Total waste money wouldn’t bother again.
Credit card claim coming

And have all pictures of the rubbish was sent. To back it up

Lovely flowers, greatly delivered and my friends mother was very shocked but happy and really cheered her up at 91!

The flowers have never been delivered

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER ON THE 1ST OF SEPTEMBER 2026 FOR MY HUSBAND IN UK,I HAVE MADE PAYMENT AND RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION AND AND AN INVOICE. THE DAY BEFORE MY HUSBAND BIRTHDAY WHICH WAS 09/09/2026 I RECEIVED An email IN THE MORNING THAT THEY WILL DELIVER, I WAS VERY EXCITED, AFTER FEW MINUTES I RECEIVED ANOTHER EMAIL FOR REFUND, WITHOUT ANY EXPLAINATION, I NEVER DEALTH WITH A COMPANY WHO TREAT CLIENTS LIKE THIS, EVEN NOW I NEVER RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION FROM THIS COMPANY, I'm very hurt and disappointed, there were lot of other Companies but I chose this one due to the reviews I saw on line, not knowing that they will do this to me.

Have used this company loads of times for family and friends.. get well, birthdays, Anniversaries etc. However, last week I bought a bouquet (worth £44) for my Wife's anniversary yet when it arrived both I and my wife was very dissappointed.

Delivery was as expected, pretty quick, however when the flowers arrived there was no water in the bag encasing the stems and the roses were already wilting, yet order was only placed 48hrs prior.

I raised this to customer services via email and they asked for pictures which I supplied, but I then recieved a very dismissive response saying that the flowers met 'their standards' and they wasn't prepared to send replacements or compensate.

We are now 3 days on and despite flower food etc the roses are now dead and removed from the bouquet and we hope we will get at least another day or two before the rest are done with ..

As this was a special occasion and the response was less than impressive, I will no longer be using this company for flower orders and will recommend my family and friends to stay clear and use alternative suppliers.

If you wish to order from Lovelyfloraworld then good luck in getting fresh flowers .. as I didn't !!

Have used this company twice. Both times the service was great. Outstanding value for money. Lovely flowers and no broken stems.

What i ordered and what i got were nothing like what was advertised! As they were a gift, I am extremely disappointed. I won't be ordering again.

Poor quality flowers which started to die 3 days after delivery. Email with pictures sent to company and no response received. Very disappointing for my sister to receive service station quality flowers despite paying a premium price and upgrading to a larger bunch. Will not buy from here again!

Paid for next day delivery however, once given to royal mail they then put on within 24 hours. . So in total it was more like 38 hours later from ordering. That's not next day delivery where you pick your delivery date

Was not delivered the day it was supposed to be and still waiting and no reply from the seller after several emails.

If there was a 0 that’s what they would get the address is not what it states and the phone just rings nobody picks up at all I have tried for hours my delivery is due today which is nearly over I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL WARNING DONT USE THEM
The flowers have eventually arrived and they are awful they look half dead must of been in the back Royal Mail van all day state of them JUST THINK BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY

AVOID!! cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time. Mine was deliver 2 days after the date i had hope they would've been delivered on. Refused to give a refund! And have ignore all my emails....
