Una truffa! mi Sono registrato a questo casino online mandato i documenti e caricato 470 euro. Dopodiché aver chiuso la sessione con 600 euro ho scelto di prelevare il tutto perché l’interfaccia del sito era pessima e pure il casino online lo era.
a questo punto è iniziata la truffa, i primi prelievi sono stati rifiutati con la motivazione che a loro dire non avevo giocato almeno 3 volte l’importo versato. Appena mi sono lamentato con il servizio clienti hanno ammesso il loro errore e mi hanno invitato a rifare il prelievo
a questo punto è rimasto in standby per 3 giorni senza essere approvato da nessuno e a seguito della mia lamentela oggi sono entrato nel sito e mi è uscito account disabilitato.

Just happened to me. It is my first and last online casino. I won 500$ and they took it all because as I think I bet few times in live card games 25$ sometime but my bet shouldn’t go over 5$ no one ever told me this scam scam scam.
Want to add, that live chat for me disabled at the moment I clicked withdraw money they are cutting of communication with you. I don’t know how people get their money back otherwise they won’t exist for whole year. I hope?!
Also I tried to check for reviews before putting money. But apparently the key word is “withdrawal”, only once I started to figure out how to withdraw money I found the bad reviews. The whole first page of google in fake websites… why this criminal activity exists?

I recently won some money. I sent in all documents and my account is verified and all of my documents. When I ask how long the money will take to get to me, they just repeat "allow our dedicated team time to process your withdrawl". They can't give me a straight answer and I am still waiting 3 days later. Now they don't respond to me at all. I sent an email, this morning, asking for them to tell me how long until I receive my winnings. 3 Hours and I still have no response. Update* I received the winnings in my bank account last night after I went to bed. At least I now know how long it takes to process withdrawls in the event that I am lucky again!

They literally stole my winnings from me, i won 1500 dollars, played through the the 10x wagering condition of my bonus, then after when i was taking out the money, they said i broke Terms and Conditions because i was betting too high. If i was not aloud to do that why were the games letting me? How is this my fault. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS. They took all the money away. I have nothing.
