If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed 6th in the jingle bets tournament which ended new years eve 2023. The tournament was from Gamzix and advertised 25,000€ euros to the top scoring 50 players. (I have screenshots of the advertisement and rules and all the 120 places) They however did not pay the 25,00€ to the top 50 they paid 7400€ to the top 3 players. Neglected to pay the other 17,600€ to the 47 other top scoring players. I've been talking to customer service everyday for at least 5 days now. And it's the same thing everyday. (I also have screenshots of the conversations and them reassuring me that the bonus will be added soon, to were waiting for a reply from the provider, to its been escalated to the manager please check back in a cpl hours x3) I have yet to receive the prize for 6th place or even receive a decent update on the payment. And I don't think I ever will. Don't waste your time or money even the bonus wheel. All your gonna get is 20-50 free spins.

Cancelled withdrawal after wagering was done due to a miss click of 0,4$ over max bet with no winnings no warnings. Awful support and communication to clear any questions about what went wrong. Waited days for the bet list to go over it myself..

Sajnos ez a Lucky7even egy csaló társaság! 2300€ vettek el a számlámról arra hivatkozva hogy bonus alatt nem jó téten játszottam. Persze ez nem igaz! Elküldék az fogadási előzményeket és egy játékkal 15€ téten forgattam egyet, de ezen a játéko nem is lehet 15€ játszani. Senki nem tud mert nem lehet de ők erre hivatkoznak! Szóval senki ne játszon ezen a helyen mert elveszik a pénze! Sajnos képet és dokumentumot nem lehet ide fel tölteni azokól eggyértelmű hogy csalntak!

I have played a lot of money here, and you wil only loose here compared to other casinoes, stay away from this scaming cite. They also declined my withrawals multiple times in hopes i wil keep playing and end up loosing the money. They dont eaven give the cashback and horrible bonuses.

the first review I saw here about lucky7even doesnt match at all to my experiences i have made there. The verification process for example was very easy and fast. the games work fast and I never had that feeling that anything is not correct working with the RTP thing..
