The Hertford team are very friendly and a real example of how effective good customer service is.
The store is also always clean and easy to get round whether with or without a trolley.

Harpenden Branch has some of the most…
Harpenden Branch has some of the most fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly staff ever had the pleasure of knowing.
We humbly know Ben the manager and Tom & Dave are helpful and super friendly.
The wines are lovely, the only thing that I could suggest is that there where a few more stronger wines of 16/18% abv. If they exist lol.
Prices is reasonable and its a great aspect too try before you buy at their wine tasting evenings.

It’s all good except you’re tasting…
It’s all good except you’re tasting evenings where we only get one free and have to pay £20/ person, we spend on average £300 to £400 a month, it seems quite mean to charge us and others for selected tastings.

Staff are always welcoming and helpful. It is rare that we have to ask for help,because we shop with you regularly so get to know many of them, as they get to know us and remember our preferences. Additionally, the range of wines we like is comprehensive and inclusive, making our shopping efficient and comprehensive.BTW we are exploring your own brand range...so far👍.
