A great experience. Lots of communications during house sale. Pushed the process along quicker than would otherwise have happened. Wouldn't use anybody else in Leeds.

It was a long process for us to move house but the staff were diligent in chasing and providing updates from solicitors. They were always friendly when speaking to them and gave good advice!

They were fabulous from start to finish. Extremely polite and helpful and always there for advise.

The team at Manning Stainton Wortley were faultless from start to finish. From booking our initial viewings of properties and getting us registered on their system, right through to collecting the keys on completion day, they made the process of buying our dream home as simple as possible, when it was anything but!
We fully appreciated being referred to a mortgage advisor and conveyancers. We took advantage of both and were equally impressed with their great service.
All staff were polite and friendly every time we contacted or met them.
Special shout out to Lesley for keeping us fully updated on this roller coaster ride and constantly chasing people. You're an absolute star! Thank you so much!
Would definitely recommend Manning Stainton to any home movers.

Easy to deal no messing about like other estate agents one of the best ones to deal with actually want to sell houses

When buying my house Alex Conroy was very helpful at every step of the journey and consistently gave me updates of progress. I am very thankful for her help and support during the process!

Many thanks to Lesley and the team who provided an excellent service. Was always kept updated throughout the process by both emails and phone calls. Always friendly and professional.

Impeccable service from start to finish! Lesley and the rest of the team were amazing, always kept up to date with what was happening, really couldn’t have done anymore!

I recently sold my house in Armley with Manning Stainton's Wortley branch and have nothing but positive words to say about them.

The were the most on the ball and least pushy out of the agencies who valued the property and had lots of helpful advice for me. Initially I deal with Alex and Nikki who helped with the valuations, marketing and advertising of my house and then Lucy and Lesley were responsible for overseeing the sale for me. Communication was excellent throughout, nothing was too much trouble and everyone was helpful and friendly.

Best of all, they managed to achieve the full asking price and help us to complete on the sale in less than 6 weeks! If you are considering selling in West Leeds, I would 100% urge you to contact these, you won't regret it. Thanks again everyone for making the process so smooth and stress free.

Just amazing right from the word go. They immediately got me in touch with mortgage advisors, and Charlotte and Alex from Manning Staunton were just amazing. Charlotte provided me with weekly updates and put my mind to ease over every and any question I had. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!!!!

I cannot thank the team at Manning Stainton in Wortley enough . In particular Charlotte Poutney. She answered all my enquiries ( and I had a lot ) with professionalism and speed . She was kind , courteous and efficient. How she managed to cope with my stresses is a credit to her.
