Very happy with the fish and inverts’ I purchased. Arrived well packed and very quickly. Heat pack still warm.
All animals happy and healthy. Good weight and no signs of illness or injury. Will order again.

Ordered 2 tree sponges (red and orange)…
Ordered 2 tree sponges (red and orange) and both arrived in great condition and of good size. I look forwards to mounting them, settling them, then doing some sponge fragging. They were correctly bagged with no air pockets.
I have purchased a lot of fish and inverts from Marine World Aquatics and am very pleased with the service.

Received the live stock within the allotted time in good condition
Received the live stock within the indicated timeframe. All the occupants were alive and healthy looking. The heat pad enclosed kept the water at a suitable temperature. After a slow drip acclimatisation process, I placed them into my reef tank. This is the second day and all seems well with the new occupants. I have shopped a second time online shop with Marine World Aquatics, again the stock was an excellent choice, well packed and looked after well by the delivery company, very happy will use again.

Received two butterfly's. regretfully 1 was dead but after sending pictures of original Packaging and dead fish a credit was made. The only regret was that I now had paid postage for two fish, with no credit against my postage.

Thank you for your update. I’m sorry to hear that one of the butterflies arrived deceased. I’m glad to know a credit was issued after you provided the necessary photos. However, I completely understand your concern about the postage—it’s unfortunate that the shipping cost for the lost fish wasn’t credited as this postage is less than actual cost we pay & if courier was to credit us we would be happy to forward these onto you but they dont.
Hopefully, this feedback helps improve the process in the future. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention.

Amazing company
What can I say but wow the clown fish I ordered are beautiful as is the sun-tailed Goby and they all arrived so well packed. Living in an area that has very few aquatic shops that deal with the marine and reef market I rely on online dealers. Would highly recommend marine world aqutics to anyone
