Very good service & advice from them but i was expecting an adult goby to go with the pistol shrimp/Goby pair.
My own fault for putting it in the aquarium but i had nowhere else to put it
Expensive mistake as I am sure its vanished.

The reason i thought it was expensive is because i am 99.9% sure the clown fish caught & ate it. Thats how small it was. So just for a shrimp yes it turned out expensive

One of the worst customer responses from this seller,I have been buying corals and fish quite often from them,the order I placed for Gobi pistol shrimp pair got me a baby goby and an adult shrimp that were totally not compatible,when I raised this with them the response I got was they are a pair and they will be fine.wasted purchase.

Communication could be a little better but the fish turned up healthy and happy. Easy to order website.

Order was delivered by post and arrived healthy with clear instructions on acclimation of the specimens in my marine aquarium . I had a prompt refund on an item that was unavailable. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Really unprofessional response and customer service. I placed an order on the 17th of Sept and emailed them on the 27th as I had not received an update or email notifying me of the order status, was it being processed, was it not received. Here is my email, "Hi, What's the status on this order?
Kind regards Rory"
Here is their the response I received from them. "I’ve canceled order, if you can read website clearly tells you due to nature of items we can take upto 30 days to obtain."

Just a phone call or email would have suiffced saying, Hi, we don't have the item in stock and we are waiting for it to come in. I would have been fine with that.

I can read and I was aware that it could take up to 30 days, I was merely looking for some feedback as to the status and was happy to wait. If this is their idea of customer centric treatment and behaviour, then I wish them all the best for their very bright future.

Well it's always great, that's the main reason I use them. I've lost 1 fish in an abundance of orders over time. Always quality, healthy fish and corals, great customer service and communication. It's always hastle free with no drama.
