My nephew and niece were playing on this site.... they lost so much money that they closed their accounts... Never took a bonus or anything... I opened an account to try and win a bit,... I deposited 2k USD and received the bonus.... I hit for 68k and played the entire bonus out for over 10 hours of spins to meet the requirements.... I went to cash out and they disabled my account.... They said that this was a duplicate account and will not pay out winnings... How is it legal to take money from US players but when they win you close their account? This is absolutely disgraceful. they literally robbed me and my family for over 20k combined... when I won the 68k they pretty much told me to take a walk... Here is the email they sent me.. I see the other comments, which I wish I saw before starting to play... How do they even legally allow you to join and play if you are not in their " Jurisdiction " This is not the end of this... I am going above and beyond to ruin them.... They robbed me of 68 THOUSAND DOLLARS... And did not even offer to refund the money from the so called other accounts that they think I played with... THEY ARE CROOKS!!! this will not go unchecked.... 68k is a ton of money and they literally robbed it from me

7 March 2023 in the morning made deposit 420 USD (0.0189 BTC). Metaspins casino has 7.9 rating on casino guru, I thought it is established, growing and honest casino. I received 100% welcome bonus and played Nolimit City video slots. I played with a 5 USD bet accordning to welcome bonus terms and conditions. Suddenly I received a huge winning and my balance become approximately 9000 USD. I completed wagering requirements and made a withdrawal request 9500 USD (0.43 BTC).

After about 5 minutes I received email with title KYC and my withdrawal request was canceled. I followed link in email and made picture of my Passport and Selfie. Process went very fast.

I put withdrawal request again and after 10 minutes I received email quote

I know this is NOT true , because Metaspins casino credit welcome bonus automatically. This means that Metaspins casino computer automatically checks IP address, computer device, person and household and credit welcome bonus to account.

If I breached one of these I would never receive welcome bonus.

This means Metaspins casino is SCAM company and not paying winnings to players.
