Squeaky chair
Chair seems very narrow and squeaks when using it. It’s a stand in chair while mine is being mended.

In some cases, the Dartex fabric used on healthcare chairs can create a slight squeaking sound when surfaces rub together during movement. 100% recommended
Although the website is not the greatest in terms of providing details on how to proceed with hiring (or maybe it was just me), their customer service was amazing. They made sure to explain everything and answer all our questions, and helped us select the things she thought we would need.
The price was shared within a few minutes following our call, which we accepted. Delivery was booked for the same day — really impressive!
The delivery person was very nice and patient, as we were running late. He assembled everything within minutes as well.

Chair for post-knee replacement
Before I decided to hire the recliner chair, I had a fabulous conversation with one of the employees over the phone. She gave me excellent advice and handled all the details very efficiently. Subsequent conversations with the company, including the delivery driver were equally helpful and friendly. Also, I think they are good value for money. The chair is as described.

Excellent customer service. Very patient with my elderly mother and ensured she was happy with her choice of bed. Follow up delivery service was fast (two days). Bed all set up and team ensured I was happy with everything before they left.

Great service
I required equipment urgently. I phoned and they helped me choose the right equipment for my needs and it was delivered that day, by a lovely chap, who brought the equipment to the room I wanted it in and put it together for me. He showed me how everything worked and cleaned up the packaging. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Excellent service
I was online, on Google, looking for a bariatric chair to rent, for my brother that has to go into a care home. I came across Mobility Hire. The company had exactly what I wanted so ordered a chair. I then found a phone number and decided to ring them up to confirm some details. The young lady on the phone was lovely. Very friendly, explained all details in full easily to help you
understand. Made sure the order was correct and organised the delivery for 2 days later, which was very quick. Customer services rang me and the home, to give a 2 hour time slot, for the chair to be delivered. The chair was delivered perfectly with no problems.

Outstanding customer service
I needed to hire a chair following knee surgery. In phoning around, some companies were unhelpful, or on voicemail only, but thankfully Horizon came to the rescue. The service has been outstanding and I'm enjoying my recovery spell in a very comfy chair. Many thanks to all the team.

Quick, professional delivery and set- up
I was kept informed of when the delivery was going to be up to the hour. The equipment was brought inside the property and assembled without any issues. He explained and showed me how to operate the relevant equipment and left.

Excellent customer service
From the time I called to find out the options to hire a wheelchair for my mum to the engineer delivery and post delivery call back, the team were excellent. The knowledge they were able to share was invaluable.

My first call was not very helpful it…
My first call was not very helpful it almost put me off. However I got some more information from my daughter's care home and called back. The person I spoke with on my second call could not have been more helpful, it made such a difference. Delivery was on time with good communication.
