Paul Duffy was fantastic all the way through the process of buying my house. This is my first mortgage - he was supportive and explained everything really clearly. I had a few ups and downs with the buying process and he regularly checked in to see how things were going. He is also chatty and personable on the phone which makes the experience even better. I was contacted by Chris Hayes at Embrace after recommendation from a local estate agent. I had already spent many months with a different mortgage company who had failed to secure me a mortgage. Chris successfully secured me a mortgage in a minimal amount of time and I wish I had gone with Embrace at the very beginning because I believe it would of saved a lot of stress, time , emotional heartache and work.
