Spent hours on the phone with them before making progress. It said I was “unlikely” to get a mortgage with the best rates but both lenders then offered me an approved decision in principle when I went on their website myself. Time wasters at mortgage gym!

I cannot recommend Dean enough from start to finish he was so professional, as a first time buyer he kept us very informed along the way and went above and beyond in his role to make sure everything went through after some issues we had with our lawyer. He managed to get a far more competitive rate than we were getting with either of our banks. Dean was exceptional and I will definitely return when it comes to changing our rate.

In the end my purchase didn't go through - through no fault of my MortgageGym rep - but my rep, Chris Hayes, was as fantastic as all the reviews say. I will make a bee-line for him next time I am wanting a mortgage.

Chris from embrace has made the whole process easy and cost effective. I cannot speak highly enough of him. He was responsive, went carefully through everything with me and no question I had was left unanswered. I will be recommending him to anyone I know who requires a mortgage.

After calling a few mortgage companies, I was starting to dread the whole thing. I felt like instead of being offered a service, I was being judged and treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer/client.
Having someone delving intimate your finances and lifestyle can be quite intrusive but speaking with Dharminder from Embrace was so different. He was very helpful, understanding and friendly. I made a decision then and there that this was someone who I wanted to do business with.

Excellent professional and friendly service

We needed a fairly complex mortgage product and Stephen and his colleagues did a great job of finding just what we needed. He was proactive throughout, ensuring everything was in place in time for our move. I strongly recommend this service.

Service was first class. I was using a different mortgage broker and they were really dragging their heels . Once I changed over the process was fast and efficient.

I'd spoken to brokers before and had always managed to find better deals online. Thought it was always worth trying though and delighted I did because Chris Hayes managed to find us a better deal than anything we'd seen available online. Not only a better rate but a better structure of product. He was also incredibly proactive in getting the whole thing completed asap to minimise the costs to us. Friendly, knowledgeable and proactive. Highly recommended - will use him again!

Dean Wickett sorted my mortgage out with no problems at all. My credit score was not great and I was on a zero hour contract at the time with no idea if I could get a mortgage. Cant recommend Dean enough the service was fantastic from start to finish!
