We was trying to buy a steel framed property and got told buy our other broker that we wouldn't get a mortgage offer, we spoke with Mathew bloom and he was brilliant talked us through it we gave him all the information he needed and we succeeded in getting a offer from a bank. we was first time buyers and didn't understand a lot and they was willing to help me through the process would recommend will defiantly use again.
