Faye Jennings

Fantastic service from Faye, right off the bat. I needed advice the same day and Faye juggled appointments to fit me in. From then it was a seamless process with Faye providing multiple updates throughout the process.

I had previously used another mortgage adviser for a previous purchase and the service provided by Faye was majorly different, in a good way!

I plan on returning to Faye for future purchases.

Easy experience from the outset, knowledgeable and helpful staff members. For someone who is really busy and needs easy communication and calls around work and family life, this is the best route when looking to secure a mortgage or remortgage. Highly recommended

Now completed the remortgage after 12 months and needing to resubmit an application, but the mortgage gym staff were fantastic!

My experience so far is great! Alison Jones has walked me through the whole process (this is our first proper remortgage)

Alison tailored the product we eventually chose for our needs and had it progressed to the application stage in a day.

I'll revisit this review once the whole end to end process is complete so that the review is more complete but so far this has been very straight forward

Very simple to use and very quick to connect with a knowledgeable mortgage advisor. Alison was very helpful and gave lots of ideas we hadn't thought about.

I am a first time buyer, I have requested a call for a mortgage advice and the team were very helpful, they tried their best to meet my requirements, I didn’t get to the point where everything is done yet but so far they are very good in terms of clear information and what steps they are doing to reach my expectations. I am looking forward for o continue with them and hopefully I will add more review when everything is done. So far excellent

They won't put you through to an actual mortgage broker. Just a waste of time to fill in all the details on their website and then they say we can't put you through to someone. Just call someone who will charge you some fee but do the job right there.

Got an appointment with a knowledgeable advisor almost straightaway. I liked being able to upload documents to the portal.

Brilliant service from Faye Jennings. Talked us through everything and did all the chasing even on her days off. Offered reassurances when we were feeling anxious and actually came through for us where others have failed. Meticulous in approach and really invested in getting us our first home. Lovely to see such sentiments in this sector and we appreciated the constant communication.

The whole process from start to finish was Excellent! Dean Wickett was fantastic called on time everytime and constantly kept me informed throughout the process. The mortgage offered in a matter of days. I will recommend Dean and the Mortgage Gym to everyone I speak too in future.

So far so good. I am only at the start of my journey with Mortgaga gym but am finding the experience good thus far.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Faye Jennings with this company and can only say that a five star service was given throughout the whole process. Always answered my emails and calls even on her days off and late at night to fit around my work hours and made sure that my family had the correct protection for us, never tried to over sell to us and I would definitely recommend Faye to any of my friends or family. Rang for a quote for a mortgage, got told they’d call me back with quotes. Heard nothing. I’m not chasing them for my business.
