Extremely pleased with my experience of motofix. They kept me updated regularly on the progress of my vehicle. Provided a courtesy car promptly and got the repairs done on my vehicle to a high standard and in just over a month following the collision (with Christmas during that period too)! Courteous, informative and extremely professional at all times. I’m really grateful to all of them for their work and for looking after my vehicle so well.

I had my car repaired at the Cirencester branch after someone shunted into the back of me last November. This required a new towbar as well as a replacement rear bumper. Last week I needed to pick up my caravan for the first time since then and found that the electrics socket was upside down - an easy thing to do if you are not familiar with fitting towbars. I called in this morning (17th Jan 2024) and within half an hour it was sorted. Very friendly and great service

Stuart kept me up to date on progress of my car and advocated on my behalf with my insurance company.
The delivery was speedy and on time, my car arrived clean, hoovered and with a full tank of fuel.

Apart from a few administrative issues the car was finally sent to the Cirencester branch. Spoke to Ed and he was very helpful in organising the collection and delivery of the vehicle. During the repair I was expecting a call back but didn’t get one, told Ed and he went out his way to find information. Personally I have spent some time in the trade as a panel technician and I must say the job was immaculate. I could not fault any of the workmanship! They made a black car look as good as it did when it left the showroom… shame the other side looks old 🤣. Thanks to the technicians for repairing the car to the highest standard first time round. I’m very particular in my cars.

Very good service, excellent car repair

Quickly done repair while also being kept in touch with myself over the repair work and its progress throughout. Helpful polite and very lovely staff all the way from the lovely reception lady’s and extremely friendly two men that returned my car and took back their hire car. Everything was plain sailing from very first bit of contact to get repair . Very efficient polite staff that were dealing with every aspect of my repair work .

Very professional in dealing with my repair, I was kept informed of the progress of the repair every day. Could not fault the standard of finish.

They came and picked up the car and had it repaired quickly and bought the car back, the repair looks great

I accidentally argued with a sturdy bollard protecting a a local petrol pump, even though my sensors were screaming at me to avoid it! 14 years no claim, and one act of stupidity I am still kicking myself over! Anyway, my insurer told me not to be hard on myself, and hitched me up with Motofix. They fixed a date for August, but then found a spare window in July, so they collected my car, left me a nice automatic courtesy car, then did the job within 4 days (they did jump the gun by promising a return 2 days earlier - but they had got confused over 2 identical colours and models!). Superb job done, and very courteously. Just one piece of advice for their delivery staff - show me how to open the fuel filler cap on the courtesy car. Not even the internet could help me!

Fantastic service from collection to delivery.

My car is my pride and joy. When I had a third party drive into my side, I was naturally gutted and apprehensive towards getting her fixed again.

Should not of worried. Motofix Swindon took good care, they collected within an allocated time slot and kept myself regularly updated with communications.

Once I received my vehicle back, again within the allocated time slot. It was apparent that much care and attention had been carried out with regards to the repairs. I am stunned with the finish and genuinely chuffed.
