Brilliant company, staff were friendly, kind and very compassionate.

After being on the phone to an advisor for over an hour, going through my personal circumstances, life, promises of follow ups and more from her, she clearly had enough of the call and decided it was her lunch time.

She ended the call without giving any help, support or the promised follow up emails. I have been left hanging and still in the same situation as i was before and questioning myself constantly.

I would not put on here the full details as it was a very personal call. I would choose a different provider of help if you are reading this.

Very helpful and supportive

The advisers provided constructive and detailed advice on what I needed to do. There were no guarantees as it was a last minute effort to resolve a difficult situation. They explained what was needed which provided an opportunity to at least attempt a resolution. I followed the advice and it worked. I had exhausted all other areas prior to contacting them so I was feeling quite low at the stage I called, so speaking to their advisers and finding a possible alternative was extremely helpful. I would however encourage to contact them as soon as possible to make it easier on yourself.

If your case is not straightforward for either health or unknown benefit status, proceed with caution. I have a documented health condition that makes it difficult to be available for lengthy phone calls, and my benefits status is unknown as its in the DWP pipeline. I tried to complete the My Money online form, only to be told I couldnt proceed, please phone us. I tried the online chat, where I was told to knowingly enter incorrect information into the My Money page in order to let me proceed, to then at a later date correct this misinformation. No way am I prepared to knowingly input false information at the start of a legal process, even if this part is only their online form. Then when I challenged this I was told to call. I pointed them back to the reasonable adjustments around calls, and yet again pushed back towards phone calls. So sorry, my confidence has been shattered, by over two hours of trying to tell the truth and define whether you could accommodate some reasonable adjustments for my condition. Sadly, any hint of movement came too little too late. Perhaps they provide amazing service once your onboarded, but I wont be finding out, as I dont see why I should have to keep pushing back for reasonable adjustments, and have to filter the advice in order to stay truthful.
