Late arriving because of traffic but they let me know. Once here Dean, Rhys and Luke worked nonstop. They were friendly, explained everything and suggested the best way. Once finished they showed how to work the awning. They cleared up afterwards and left everything as it was. Very good experience

Very professional, from the initial survey to installation.
Barry & Ross have done a lovely job on installing the awning. Looks like a very strong construction and closes very neatly. I was given a demonstration and they ensured I was happy.

We had excellent service throughout the process, from making the first enquiry about outdoor blinds (to reduce solar heat gain on our south-facing windows), right the way through to installation, which was done to a very high standard. We're so pleased with the final result, ready for any hot days next summer and an elegant, under-stated addition to our home.

Dean and Rhys were very friendly and polite. Work carried out promptly, and we were shown how the awning worked. We had made the assumption that the full detail of position had been transferred to fitters, but it was not quite where we wanted it, but our mistake in assuming.

Sales person was over optimistic on the potential installation date. He advised us to move our outside light higher up the wall but the surveyor told us to move it back down!

Rhys and Dean the installers were great and although we had a problem with the canopy they and Nationwide dealt with it professionally and relatively quickly. Very happy with our purchase

We had awnings installed by this company in 2021. Unfortunately, one of the awnings has been problematic from the date of installation and the issue was never fully resolved.The contract was signed in February 2021, with installation taking place several months later. Following repeated reports of the fault, a service engineer attended approximately two years ago to carry out remedial work. However, the repair was unsuccessful and failed to resolve the underlying problem.The awning has now ceased functioning altogether. Despite the company maintaining that repairs were previously undertaken, no extended warranty or ongoing assurance was provided in relation to those works.Of particular concern is the company's current position regarding after-sales support. We have been informed that they are too busy servicing new customers to provide assistance to existing customers and that no service team is currently available. Rather than offering to inspect or repair the faulty awning themselves, they have recommended that we engage another company at our own expense.As a customer, I find it deeply disappointing that a product which has been faulty since installation remains unresolved more than five years later. In my view, a company's commitment to customer service should extend beyond securing new business and should include appropriate support for existing customers experiencing ongoing defects.Prospective customers may wish to consider not only the quality of the initial installation but also the level of after-sales service and support available should a problem arise in the future.

Installers arrived on time despite a long, early morning journey. Thanks to Guy and Jordan for a great installation and leaving the area clean and tidy. The canopy looks great.

Every stage from the sales person to the surveyor to the men who fitted the awning were all very professional and knowledgeable and all done in a very friendly manner. This gave us full confidence that we chose the right company to get our awing from.
