Guy & Jordan came to install our Pergola for us 8th/9th October 2026. We were so impressed with how incredibly polite, pleasant and helpful they were and the excellent job they did of tidying up each day before they left. Not to mention of course that they are also very good at what they do. Their expertise meant that they were easily able to overcome the few issues that weren't identified from the survey or where parts hadn't quite been manufactured to the exact spec. And they had to remove some of our delicate patio tiles to sink the pergola supports and then relay them, which took longer than anticipated, so they rearranged their schedule to return for an extra day to finish the job for us. The pergola looks amazing and, just as important, the relaid areas of patio look great too. Thank you Nationwide for providing such an excellent service.

two young men Matt and Harry came to fit the over blind which will keep the sun out of the conservatory, they were friendly and explained what they were going to do. They worked hard and got the job done and tested.

Used Nationwide Home Innovations for a new awning. The whole process went smoothly from the initial consultation through to installation. Dean and Rhys (the installers) were very professional and friendly.

Recently had an awning fitted by Matt and Henry. They were extremely polite and efficient. Both took care when inside and outside our property, were respectful (eg removing shoes when coming inside), they asked our preference on the site of the awning in the desired space, explained instructions for use, and cleaned up when finished. I would recommend both to do a thoroughly great job! Five stars!

This was our second awning from Nationwide Home Innovations. We had one fitted last year over our bi-fold doors to try to cut the sun and heat coming into our living room as well as providing shade in our south-facing garden. We were so pleased with it (in this second summer of excessively high temperatures) that we decided to purchase another one to go over our kitchen window and continue the shade on our patio. As with last year, the whole process was very smooth. Barry came out again to advise us and was very helpful in assisting us to choose the right size of awning for the space. Everyone one in the office was very helpful and kept us informed along the way. On the day the installation itself was very smooth. Matt and Harry did a great job. They worked very quickly, explained how the awning worked (though we didn't need much education as it is identical to the other one!), and tidied up very well. Everyone in the office was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Our new awning was fitted yesterday by Matt & Harry - great job. Installation was completed efficiently with no fuss and no mess. Operation of new unit was explained clearly and was easy to understand. The awning itself is great - very pleased with end result.

Guys turned up within the “window” set to work without delay. 95 mins later we were being given instructions on usage. Only thing I don’t like is the gutter brackets, they’re a tad ugly, but as it’s a bungalow I’ll have to live with it. All in all we are delighted. Fingers crossed for some sunshine.

We had a Nationwide Home Innovations veranda fitted to the back of our house by Guy and Jordan 5-6 October. By all accounts this was a large project, which they completed on time and have done a superb job. Their expertise and attention to detail was impressive as was their willingness to ensure we were happy with all aspects the structure’s construction. Similarly they were at pains to ensure we were fully conversant with the screen operation and left the site spotless. We are grateful with the product and standard of work.

A good quality product with knowledgeable, helpful salespeople helping us with decision making. Barry and Ross were tidy and efficient when installing the awning.
