Rhys and dean were very efficient, polite they did excellent job

Everything from start to finish was well explained, loads of choices of fabrics and designs , colours you name it they had it . Impressed at the fact that they even look at the surroundings and have suggestions at what will work best , I can’t really say much else that will give credit where credit is due apart from if your thinking about using this company THEN DO you will not regret it , absolutely fantastic service , lovely people and your kept up to date as your order goes along .
Already recommended these to two other people looking at getting awnings, once again thank you very much .

Got all the way through to a representative arriving to measure up. Pretended he did not understand that he needed to pay for parking. He did not pay for parking. And then told me that the minimum width of awnings this company do is 3M. I did not see that anywhere on their website. Waste of time and unnecessary emissions of CO2. Sadly.

Brilliant service from start to finish; from design by Barry to fitting by Andy and Dan. Couldn’t fault any part of the experience. The quality is also very impressive.

From our first contact the office staff were consistently kind and helpful. They sent a surveyor quickly and he was very efficient. The office staff also arranged 0% interest on the cost. The company kept in touch through out the process of manufacturing the awning.
The company’s fitters Rhys and Luke rang when their previous job over ran to make sure it would be still alright to come, arriving exactly on their predicted time. Both were helpful, professional and efficient completing the job in two hours.
They made sure the blind was at the angle needed and instructed us how to use the remote before leaving taking away any rubbish. We found the whole procedure stress free.

Just had Nationwide awning fitted by Rhys and Dean. Very friendly and professional fitters. Turned up on time and neat and clean installation. Would recommend.

I was worried about the installation of our awning would I be able to trust the company.
But with Dean and Rhys I simply grew in confidence that the electrics would be in just the right place, not too obtrusive. In no time at all the awning was exactly where I expected it should go.
When it opened for the first time the awning was … well awesome. The colour of the fabric the angle of the awning everything was perfect.
Full marks to Dean and Rhys who were always polite and helpful, most of all skilful.

Was a pleasure dealing with Gerry, Nationwide products are aesthetically pleasing and well built. Unfortunately due to the shape of our property multiple frames and in fills were needed that would have went beyond our planned budget. Although we need a rethink for the patio area of our home, if we ever create an outdoor living space at the end of our garden we'd definitely go with Nationwide. Thanks again Gerry.

Great job by Matt & Harry who retrofitted a blanking plate between the cassette for our awning and the gutter.

Very friendly guys Dean and Rhys got on with the job and were very professional in their jobs.

Having moved into a new property earlier this year we were happy that we were South facing. However after the summer we have just had we seemed to spend our time in the garden constantly moving the parasol. We visited a friend on a very hot afternoon and enjoyed sitting outside relaxing under her awning. We were amazed when she told us it was fitted by Nationwide 18 years ago. We contacted Nationwide the same day for a brochure and arranged an appointment to discuss our requirements. We had no hesitation in ordering an awning of our choice and there was no sales pressure so felt very comfortable throughout the appointment. Due to the hot weather they were extremely busy so it took some weeks for the awning to be fitted. However the fitters arrived yesterday right on time and they were both friendly and professional. They washed down the patio and left everything clean and tidy. We were surprised how quickly the awning was fitted and we are thrilled, it looks lovely and so neat when closed.
We have no hesitation in our recommendation of Nationwide from the very first contact we have been kept updated of the progress of our order. The service has been exceptional and the staff are proud of their products.

We wanted an awning to go over my 6 bi fold doors and other companies told me it wasn’t possible. I then saw an advert for Nationwide home innovations that specialised in awnings on extensions and they were fabulous. From start to the installation. I am really pleased with the outcome.
