WHY BUY FROM US:
• We have over 20 years of experience in the IT industry
• All the items we advertise as being in stock are owned and held in the UK, by us, ready to ship. We do not drop-ship, advertise “ghost stock” or stock owned by other companies
• Express delivery available for all items ordered online
• Discounts available on trade / volume orders
• We are a Top-Rated Seller on eBay with Positive Feedback of 99.7% and Feedback score: 145,000+ (as of 2023)
ABOUT OUR REFURBISHED LAPTOPS:
Our stock comes directly from the original manufacturer. They have been returned to them for a variety of reasons, sometimes simply because they are unwanted, meaning they often arrive in unused condition.
Regardless, they are rigorously tested by our in-house engineers and – if necessary – refurbished to the highest possible standard. The refurbish process involves a full data clean and re-installation of the operating system, so your new laptop is as close to shop-new as we can make it!
Any cosmetic or mechanical issues that cannot be rectified are always clearly described on the product listing, enabling you to buy with confidence.
So why not treat yourself to a laptop that has had a second Quality-Control check, and save money in the process?

Hi Michael, thanks so much for the kind review, glad you're happy with your purchase!
Speedy, good value, works well
After searching for ages, I spotted it on NDC as a reconditioned item. This was my first such purchase. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a neat, clean, complete, fully functional bit of kit. Worked out of the box and was perfect for my setup. Delivery was quick. I’d be happy to use these folk again - oh yes, good value too.

Hi Robson, sorry to hear you received a watch in a condition you didn't expect. We sell them in a range of grades and it's possible you received a different grade than you should have by accident. I notice you've reached out to us over the weekend. If you'd like to return it, please follow the instructions on our returns page and we'll get it sorted for you.

Very speedy delivery of vastly discounted product
I was a bit wary ordering from this company as I'd never heard of them.
I ordered on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday.
The item was exactly as described.
I would buy from them again.
