This is my first online purchase with Neals Yard, though I have been a fan since the 80s,when I purchased a jar of nourishing cream in a traditional pharmacy in Halesowen. It arrived promptly and it was a real pleasure to open. What a treat!!

Beautiful fresh natural oils I burn in my classroom- pupils love it, parents love it and the cleaners tell me they look forward to coming in - ‘it makes my work easy it’s like a spa in here I love cleaning your room!’ I always show the box and bottle - tell everyone about the other body and bath products I use. Make lovely gifts for birthdays and Christmas! Had a lovely experience in the Glasgow store 2 wks ago was in getting more hand sanitiser which is amazing- and the assistant offered me a green tea whilst I shopped little did she know I had just said goodbye to my daughter at Central Station as she lives in London and I could have cried at her care and kindness! Very special member of staff I felt very loved

Lovely products, pricey, failed delivery.
I very much like their products and wanted to buy one directly to remember someone who passed away recently.
Unfortunately it never arrived because they use Evri as a courier and I've personally had them lie about delivery attempts, destroyed parcels and failed to deliver parcels. Although not a reflection of the product, it is a reflection on the company for selecting an unreliable and untrustworthy courier and causing distress/disappointment to their customers.
I have bought their products from the supermarket and like them despite their very high cost. I can't get the item I wanted at the supermarket though.
I gave up waiting for the products and they gave me a refund.

The products have not arrived. I sent a complaint amd have had no response. Seems like a company i can no longer recommend at all.

Neals Yard is my affordable treat
I always treat myself to Neals Yard products. I love the aromatic bath foam (like a spa) and seaweed and arnica shower foam..smells gorgeous and like it’s really good for you! I think the products are reasonably priced but they always feel like such a treat!

I have always been served by delightful, friendly and very knowledgeable members of staff. It is such a pleasure to visit the shop which is just around the corner from where I work, I pop in regularly and always will do, I'm a big fan of a number of your products and always return for more when I start to run out. Your products are good but no better than some of your competitors.
