Terrible service
I placed my order 10 days ago and despite emailing your customer service team, I have received nothing except a request for a review on how my delivery was! I am utterly disappointed in a company that I have previously always enjoyed.
It has been an utterly disappointing experience and I still do not have my order.

Good customer service
I rang in my order as the web site is not opening on my phone. Staff were very helpful and took time to ensure I had ordered all I needed. They also suggested I contact customer service if the issue with the web site continues- they have flagged up the problem .
