Love my new study that Kasia helped me imagine and bring to life!! This was the fourth major project Neatsmith helped me with over the years and I have never been disappointed by their creativity and workmanship!!! Thank you again, James, Kasia and Team!

I had a TV unit and fitted fireplace designed and installed by Neatsmith. Valentina and Mariana from the Finchley Road branch are amazing! Very professionals, talented and have a great knowledge of fitted furniture. The final work and installation was perfectly fine and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Communication was clear and professional, making the entire process very stress-free and exiting throughout.
The design and fitting of the wardrobes were perfect.

After considering all the well known brands, I am so happy to have chosen Neatsmith. Sarah at the Brentwood showroom was so helpful, lovely and patient with my design and choice deliberations, and the brilliant Ignas expertly installed the wardrobe, keeping everything super tidy. All other staff that I encountered along the way were equally efficient. The finishing result is high-quality with clean lines, maximising every inch of space. Absolutely first rate! We appointed NeatSmith for our dressing room. Dina worked with me on the design, patiently answered all my questions and produced a number of revised drafts to match my vision & budget. Tina was very accommodating with scheduling. The delivery guys were very careful, solution focused and creative (nothing was a problem for them). Eugene, our fitter, was very precise, focused on the task at hand and impressed us with his attention to detail. Looking forward to the next project with this dream team!

Outstanding overall experience with Neatsmith. We did 5 different rooms with varying degrees of complexity across our renovation in St Johns Wood. The design and install team were terrific. Yes, we had to wait longer than we would have liked in a couple rooms but end product was very high quality. We just had them come back for a follow up after a few months to address something and the after care customer service by Tina and team was excellent as well.

Aurelio was super efficient.Neat and pleasant and finished the job as timed and planned.

From the very beginning of our initial conversations to install, Neatsmith Hatch end (and the installation team and fitter) have been outstanding. We had a a study and dressing room designed and fitted and we changed our minds on the design a number of times, each time new CAD images were sent out to us without any pushback. The fitter was very professional, always on time and at times even worked well into the evening to minimise disruption and stick to the installation deadline. He would tidy up each evening before he left and left the area clean.

You need to go your self to shop and check the materials the use.
It’s solid , thick board with very good edges finish.

I’ve received truly outstanding customer service from the team at Neatsmith. From our initial visit to the showroom to now—seven years after installation—their aftercare has been nothing short of incredible. It's rare to find such consistent, long-term support from a business. The team has always been highly professional, and I can’t praise them enough for their continued commitment to excellence.

Very Bad experience! Everything seems lovely and they are super nice when you go to choose the wardrove at the showroom ( chelsea in my case) I spended £8,000 on a wardrove, and the experience was traumatic. After waiting for 4 months, finally arrived.

The fitter was not able to comunicate with the showroom, lots of excuses from both sides, He made so much dust that I had to contract a cleaning company to clean all the mess he left behind.
The wardroves are so over price for what they are. Pieces of MDF and Glass , nothing came built everything had to be cut and sand in the house. Cousing a total mess. Honestly any carpenter can do this job for a fraction of the money in their workshop and without the mess. They refuse to pay my cleaning bill.
Never again.

I love my Neatsmith Wardrobes. The quality of the workmanship has been amazing and they are truly spectacular. They are not the cheapest for sure but they are definitely the best and for that you have to pay the best. I look forward to purchasing more Wardrobes from Neatsmith in the future.

There is no comparison on the market in my opinion that can match Neatsmiths reflex Doors they are truly one of a kind and not seen anywhere else.

I want to show my appreciation for our installers Andrei and Ivan. The guys were so professional hard-working. They worked very diligently solved problems and most important I was able to leave them to get on with everything and after four days, I had the perfect Wardrobes.

Big thanks also to Mel at Nemi for the personalised service. Mel visited us at our home and deal dealt with many of our queries promptly to ensure high customer service and I look forward to working with Mel again top class, it was Mel’s recommendation to go for these wardrobes and they have worked out very well.

I highly recommend Mel in the sales team and the best fitters Ivan and Andre. Perfect Team.

I found Neatsmith extremely professional in both the design aspect and also the installation. They were always on hand to answer any questions and adapt the design where necessary. Would definitely recommend.

A fantastic and professional company from start to finish, consultation and product selection was carried out very well considering our existing setup and conditions, the fit out was done amazingly - great staff, very clean and courteous. Any minor issues were also dealt with swiftly. Will be coming back for future projects.

its funny - i write a bad review because my experience was BAD - VERY BAD - their reply that i wrote a bad review and MANY LIKE IT is a lie like everything i hear from them - i normally only write good reviews so to say i am like a serial bad review writer is out and out lie - this again is another reason why i will never use this company and advise other not to also

This is the second time we have had cupboards installed by Neatsmith. From our first visit to the Hatch End showroom and our introduction to Mel who looked after us to the moment the installers had finished, everything went perfectly.
