I visited Neptune Chichester for an evening with the stores design team . My friend and arrived and we were able to browse and enjoy the store’s stylising,
The staff couldn’t have been more friendly, they have extensive product knowledge and fully understand people and there design requirements wether you want just some help stylising a sofa with cushions and texture, to planning a new kitchen installation. The team at Chichester will help you every step of the way.
A thoroughly enjoyable evening.

I cannot rate Katie, Sophie, Ian. Jo and Bryn highly enough for their professionalism, enthusiasm, design and build quality at the Chichester store. We are beyond delighted with our stunning kitchen. Our space was a little unusual and they relished making it everything we wanted! The after care is second to none too!

We had our kitchen from Neptune last Autumn and it was and is still fantastic. The team in Chichester are amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful and on hand throughout and after the process. The design process was excellent and Katie and Jo did a brilliant representation of what we would get and on installing on Ian was on hand to liaise with the builders and fitters to make sure it was perfect. The after care is second to none and even now if I have an issue they are available to help. The quality of the kitchen is top notch and it does everything they claim in the showroom.

Fantastic morning with Becky this morning. We watched her rustle up three lovely, delicious summer dishes which we then all sampled afterwards. Debs made it extra special by being very attentive supplying coffee and being very welcoming. Very informative and a lovely group. Definitely would go again. Well done Becky and the team at Chichester.

I attended the Lampshade Making for Beginners workshop held on the morning of 19th May. Had a great time, met some lovely people and were well and truly looked after by all at Neptune Chichester, which is no surprise as they are an amazing bunch very friendly and customer-driven. Jules from the Haines Collection ran the workshop with her expertise guiding us through the process with much patience and gave us an insight into how her company utilise surplus fabrics from the design industry. All materials for the course were included and we all went home with a professional looking lampshade. I think we were all amazed and delighted with the results. Thank you.

Quality: The furniture looks stunning and stylish. Good quality. No flaws.
Delivery: Heavy furniture all put in set places. Demonstration of adding extra leaves to table. Advice on cleaning. All packaging taken away.

We are so pleased with our decision to choose the team at Neptune in Chichester to supply and install our new kitchen and dining area.
We are particularly grateful to Sophie Ford, our Designer. Sophie took care to understand what we wanted to achieve, and worked tirelessly to finalise a design that exceeded our expectations. Sophie’s help encompassed all aspects of the project, and her expertise and support with every detail made all the difference.
The quality of the kitchen cabinets is excellent, and being able to visit the lovely showroom allowed us to understand exactly what we were buying.
The kitchen was expertly installed by Ian, and we were very well supported throughout the process by our project manager, another Ian. Both these gentlemen helped ensure that the whole project went very smoothly.
The signature paint finish, completed a couple of weeks after the installation, is a lovely touch.
In addition to the kitchen cabinetry and appliances, we also purchased a Neptune dining table and chairs, a sofa, lighting fixtures and other accessories. They are all of excellent quality.
Thank you to all the team at Neptune Chichester. We have lost count of how many times we popped into the store over the last couple of years, but we always received excellent and friendly service.

I was served by a young lady who not only gave sound advice, but was clearly passionate about her job and keen to provide a pleasant shopping experience to all.

Customer service is a dream, these people are real experts in what they do. They take their time with you, help you find the right item for your space. Neptune Chichester is certainly our favourite! Thank you, we’ll certainly be back!

I’ve just got back from a lampshade making course at Neptune, Chichester taught by Jules from Haines Collection.
Neptune was an incredibly relaxing and hospitable setting and Jules was a great teacher. I’m delighted with my completed lampshade and intend to make many more.

Great service … always extremely helpful and insightful without being pushy… great coffee too.. Even my husband enjoys visiting…

The Neptune branch in Chichester is in beautiful peaceful surroundings. The staff are super friendly helpful & welcoming. Jo showed me around the showrooms, and was very knowledgeable about the various styles and colours to create a stunning kitchen. All in all one of the most relaxing and enjoyable shopping experiences I’ve had! I’ll definitely be going back!

Fabulous afternoon at Neptune Chichester Easter Wreath Workshop. Laura (Hawthorn & Hoe), who ran the workshop, was so friendly and knowledgeable. She expertly taught us how to add the moss, foliage and bulbs to the wire ring, to create a wonderful spring wreath. I learnt so much. The materials were beautiful, with so much to choose from. As always the store had a calm, relaxing atmosphere and the staff were super welcoming x
