I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service of Nordica Golf from which I purchased golf balls.
First and foremost, I ordered a package of golf balls from this company, and it has been an absolute nightmare trying to track its whereabouts. The tracking information provided was vague and inconclusive, leaving me in the dark about the status of my package. Despite reaching out to the customer service multiple times, they failed to provide any substantial updates or take any meaningful action to locate my package.
What exacerbates the situation is the complete absence of a proactive approach from the customer service team. Instead of taking the initiative to investigate the issue further and provide timely updates, they seemed indifferent and uninterested in resolving my problem. It's as if they were merely going through the motions without any genuine concern for my predicament.
I understand that logistical mishaps can occur, and delays can happen, but what truly disappoints me is the lack of accountability and ownership demonstrated by the customer service representatives. Offering no apologies or assurances that they would rectify the situation promptly.
I expected a company to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, especially when faced with a problem like this. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
In conclusion, my experience was extremely disappointing. Their lack of effort in tracing my package and their overall apathetic attitude towards resolving the issue left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the company to improve their customer service practices and provide a more proactive and customer-centric approach in the future.

Thanks for you feedback and sorry for the problem with the delivery. According to the tracking Schenker tried to deliver but failed to do that since no one was home. We contacted them and you to verify your contact details so they could contact you to deliver the package. We have emailed and called Schenker 5 times and we have also contacted you several times so we have done everything possible to help you and schenker to get the right information so you could descide on a day you would be home to recieve the pacakge.
