Please avoid this company, it’s an absolute joke. I Ordered a large sideboard on 12th September 2022 paying £1260.00 still have not received this item. I get a different excuse every time as to the failed delivery date of which there have been 4 now. Although the website looks professional I believe it to be a one man band ( probably a guy sitting in his hut in his garden) as he seems to be the only point of contact and is becoming very rude in his emails to me now.
I am now going to contact trading standards and approach my bank to see if anything can be done about getting my money back

Exactly the same story as everyone else. Furniture ordered in Dec, promised in 2-3 weeks, nothing arrived. No acknowledgement of my order, empty promises of delivery "next week*. Don't be taken in by this rotten company.

Similar to experiences below.

Ordered a cabinet at the end of December. We called before hand to check dimensions but also they're delivery to N.Ire. We were told, it would take 4-6 weeks which have passed. Now, its an answering machine and not answering emails.

The company has clearly gone bust and he's taken the money and ran.

Will be proceeding to get a refund for our debit card company. If anyone else is in a similar boat, send the company an email asking for a refund as you will need evidence to show you have tried to contact the seller.

Does this company really exist, I paid for an item over ten weeks ago, no delivery, no answers to calls no answers to emails.
I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund, DO NOT USE OAK FURNITURE HUT....SCAM SCAM SCAM.

You will note no apologies about two month delivery delay or if they will provide a refund.

I ordered a chest of drawers in July 2022, which has still not been delivered! I've been fobbed off with different explanations and promises every time I've tried to contact Oak Furniture Hut. I'm now seeking reimbursement and have complained to Trading Standards. I'd encourage all those people who have experienced problems with this company to complain so action can be taken to stop other people having this experience.

I ordered a coffee table at the end of November. I was told it was in stock and would be delivered in time for Christmas. Still waiting, I have been promised on numerous occasions that it would be delivered but the delivery dates came and went and still no coffee table. I have asked for a refund but have heard nothing since. Will be getting in touch with my credit card company.
Avoid at all costs.

Same experience as others, table not delivered, phone goes straight to ands phone, no reply to several emails. I think they have gone bust - with our money!

AVOID! We ordered living room furniture (that’s said in stock) last month, have heard nothing since, not returning calls or emails. Phone was ringing but now it goes straight to answerphone. We are not hopeful that our goods will be delivered. We have requested a refund, but haven’t
heard back. It now looks as though everything on their website is ‘out of stock’.

Yep same here. Ordered just after Christmas and heard nothing since. I fear the worst. My only saving Grace is that I ordered on a credit card so hopefully covered. Have asked for refund. Phones go to answer phone and it says that the message box is full so can’t leave a message! Terrible customer service.

I ordered a bookcase on 15 November 2022 and it was never delivered despite being given various delivery slots. Now the company are ignoring emails. I wonder whether this company are on the verge of or already in liquidation given the other reviews on here. Luckily I purchased via a credit card and can try and claim the money back.

Ordered a Homestyle Rustic Oak 2 Over 3 Chest Of Drawers back in October 2022. Since then I have followed up numerous times either by calling in or emailed the sales team. The usual excuse for failed delivery is placed on the delivery company. And the promise for delivery is kicked back to next friday and the driver will contact you a couple of days beforehand. I was again promised a delivery date of last week and... no delivery again. Today, I have requested a refund and hope this goes well. Will update when refund is received.

As I am reading all of these reviews I am sitting nodding my head. I’m experiencing exactly the same issues as all of the previous reviews. Wish I had seen this before.

I wish I had seen these reviews before purchase . I ordered a display cabinet in Sept 2022 . I have to contact them each week to be fobbed off with ' it's not our fault it's the delivery people ' . I have told them on more than one occasion , a definite date or a refund , each time I'm told ' you'll be notified next Friday or Saturday ' which never happens . I'm now into February and still waiting for either the item or a refund . Next step , contacting my credit card company . Anyone reading this ' Don't use this company '

I reiterate other recent reviews for this company. Poor communication, ordered items in October still not received after being promised them. I have asked for a refund- I would suggest you don't use them

We have had our tv stand for a year now, and or still very impressed with the quality and the style

Horrendous experience. Bought my furniture months ago. No communication about delivery dates then three false dates given with no explanation or apology for the delays. I’ve asked for a refund after another date was missed with no communication. Avoid at all costs.
