Good , fast web site. Good choice of wine. A little pricey but acceptable(that is why I bought). I was expecting a volume discount at checkout but did not get one..Fast shipping with a good courier.

Ordering was very easy when I eventually got to sign in. The site is very clear and easy to navigate. My order was delivered within 3 days which is excellent.
My emails were dealt with very promptly as I had a problem signing in initially.

Great service and extremely quick delivery, I ordered on Monday evening and my wine was delivered on Wednesday morning! I got to take the time to choose a selection of wines that I know I like but also get the chance to try new wines given what grapes you usually like. My partner also got a mixed case delivered to his parents for a birthday present and they loved it.

I shopped around and o'briens was by far the cheapest with social distancing I needed it delivered.
I sent an email back on the confirmation asking that as it was gift would the price be hidden on paper work and Kate got back to me in 20 mins!

I have been buying wine from O'Briens shops for years, but, marooned at home by the current lockdown, I recently tried the firm's on-line service. I can have no complaints:the web-site was very easy to use, the delivery was prompt and followed an accurate message about when it would take place. I'll certainly use t again whrn sale-time comes round again.

Good selection of wine at attractive prices. Ordering on line for the first time it was unclear to me where to enter my Loyalty card number............a bit frustrating. But delivery is very slow. My order was a week ago today and DPD can still give no delivery date. Wines direct are still doing deliveries in 48 hours. So unless delivery is sorted out, I wont buy on line again from OBriens.

Ordered a gift set of wine for a friend on her birthday. It was a last minute purchase but she recieved it the same day that I ordered it. What a service!!

Your price list is difficult to navigate. Until you look at the details of the wine you do not find out if it is in stock. You should be told this immediatly
