Missing Bottle
Ordered 5 bottles of wine for a Christmas gift for a friend in West Bantry. When box was opened there were only four bottles despite the enclosed inventory listing 5 and each one being checked off.
As I live in Los Angeles it meant my friend had to make a trip into Cork, her nearest store, to raise and resolve the matter. Service in store was very helpful explained the order came directly from their head office.
Have used O’Briens the last couple of years for holiday season gifts will now be looking for an alternative supplier.

Good seller
Good seller. Free delivery fo orders over €100. This balances the small premium on the prices. Seller Stocks some difficult to find items. Happy with rapid delivery times and secure & recyclable packaging.

One of the items (3 x a French wine) were not available for delivery some 4 days after order. I understand why this was, but it still was a little disappointing as I would have liked to have them for Christmas.

Having moved to rural Ireland O Briens…
Having moved to rural Ireland O Briens was one speciality shop not anywhere near me. Wow online shopping at its best. Ordered online and delivered 3 days later . Great service. Now i can still avail of my loyalty card and the great wines they offer.
